Capacity and Process

How I Work

I keep my client list small on purpose. Every business I work with gets my direct attention: not a ticketing system, not a shared inbox, not work I delegated to someone else. That model only works if I am not stretched thin, so I cap it.

Active Clients
4 to 5 at any given time. When I'm full, I'm full.
New Projects
One new website build per month during peak season.
Onboarding
Every new client goes through a 30-day ramp-up so nothing gets missed and nothing gets rushed.
Off-boarding
If we part ways, you leave with everything. Full credential handoff within 5 business days, no hassle.

The 30-Day Onboarding Process

The first 30 days follow a defined process. You know what is happening and when. Nothing gets skipped because it seemed small, and nothing gets rushed because a deadline was arbitrary.

01
Audit
I review your current tools, accounts, domain setup, Google Business Profile, existing website, and any active marketing. You do not need to prepare anything special for this.
02
Identify
I document gaps, security risks, and quick wins. If there is low-hanging fruit that can be fixed in the first week, it gets fixed.
03
Secure Access
All account credentials get transferred into Proton Pass. Nothing gets sent over text or email after this point. You get your own access to everything.
04
Build and Connect
Website work, Google Business Profile optimization, ad accounts, or email platform setup begins based on your plan. Everything is built to spec before anything goes live.
05
Launch and Confirm
Your site or campaigns go live. I monitor the first week closely for any technical issues, ranking signals, or ad delivery problems.
06
30-Day Check-In
We review what was built, what is working, and what needs adjustment. This is a real conversation, not a canned report.

What Ongoing Looks Like

After onboarding, every month follows the same rhythm: work gets done, time gets logged, a report goes out. For site and SEO clients, that means updates, performance monitoring, and Google Business Profile maintenance. For ad clients, daily budget monitoring and creative adjustments. For email clients, campaign copy, layout, and send. You do not have to ask what happened last month because you will already have a report showing it.

What Off-Boarding Looks Like

If we end the engagement for any reason, you leave with everything you came with plus everything built during the time we worked together. There is no leverage, no holding assets hostage, no messy transition. The handoff process covers:

All account credentials and access handed back via Proton Pass within 5 business days
Any files, assets, or campaign data transferred to you in full
Domain access, hosting, and DNS confirmed in your control
Final invoice settled and engagement formally closed
If my calendar is full, it means the businesses I'm already working with are getting everything I've got. I'd rather tell you that upfront than overpromise.
