Who You're Working With
Anthony Rodriguez
Background
I spent six years in the U.S. Army as a Combat Engineer and Squad Leader before transitioning to the private sector. After that I spent three years at Reynolds and Reynolds, one of the largest automotive software companies in the country, deploying enterprise CRM systems for dealerships across the U.S. That role put me inside dozens of small-to-midsize businesses and showed me the same pattern everywhere: operational infrastructure that was either missing entirely or assembled from free tools nobody had time to manage properly.
I started this practice because that gap is solvable. Small service businesses need the same quality of digital operations that enterprise companies run on, scaled to what actually makes sense for a five-person operation. What they need is one person who knows what they are doing, owns the result, and shows up every month. That is what I built this practice around.

Why Solo Consulting
I started this practice as a solo operation because that is the only model where I can make the guarantees I want to make. When you work with an agency, your account moves to whoever is available. When you work with me, you work with me. I know your business, I do the work, and I am the one accountable when something is not right. That is the agreement, and it only holds if I keep my roster small enough to honor it.
